Born and raised in Franklin, TN, Cole graduated from Centennial High School and received a degree in Construction Science from the University of Tennessee. He remained in Knoxville following graduation and worked for one of the largest home builders as a superintendent. After building homes for over three years, Cole and his wife Jennifer moved back to Middle Tennessee. Cole comes from a sales-driven family and it was a natural fit for him to join his mother, Sarah, in her real estate business. His inherent sales ability, outgoing personality, and knowledge of construction has transferred seamlessly to their real estate business. He brings an additional peace of mind to their clients during the home selection, inspection, and walk-through process with his construction background and experience.
